Equity at Heart

Equity is a challenging word - and often misunderstood - yet it matters to so many different people in the travel value chain.

From travellers, communities, staff, suppliers to future generations. People make up travel and are the custodians of destinations and all that they represent. Yet one set of people should never gain at the expense of another set. Travel and tourism doesn't need to be a zero-sum game. Equity can be shared and enjoyed by everyone in the chain.
